Bumblebee Studios’ first wedding documentary follows the story of Rommy & Roesyenny Stefanus. Their wedding took place on the 12th of November, 2011 at “The Ritual” Bali. Shots were recorded using a EOS 550D (T2i) and edited and color corrected on Final Cut Pro. Soundtrack: “A Beautiful Day” by U2

For those of you who are wondering, the wedding documentation went reasonably well - considering it was a one man crew. This is now officially the third wedding I’ve captured. The photography was again handed over to Veli photography; the same entity which was hired for Rommy & Roesyenny’s wedding last month. To be honest, the whole gig is fun, but in order to have better final results, it is clear that more man power, resource (specifically equipment), and planning is required. However, I’m sure in the near future these current experiences, and happenings will prove to have come useful

At “The Ritual”, cliff view location for wedding ceremonies. We are setting up for the big shoot which will start from 3pm till 9pm. Hans-sen Hoefer is currently “twistin and turnin” in a nearby lavatory. After he comes out we’ll be that much closer to shooting a 3 - 5 minute trailer for this grand occasion.

We made a wedding book containing photographs, writing and other works by Rommy, Roesyenny, and RCT. This wedding book was published on October 27th 2011, and will be displayed in the couple’s marriage ceremony due on the ever so popular date of this year, 11/11/11. Sorry we’ve been so out of touch lately, truth is we’re busy with projects! Some two wedding portfolios to be done so far. First one will be published soon on our main site. Our ingenious, innovative founder RCT created a wedding photo album for clients Rommy & Roesyenny (congratulations to the happy couple) which will arrive (hard copy) this Thursday. The same day we’ll upload a digital, PDF version of the album, available for download. The wedding is due November 12th, be sure to expect some shots in that week as well.

The second wedding is due in December, so we won’t mention what we’re doing for now. However! we did promise you guys to post some shots we made through film. We love old school photography, and we hope you do too. 3 new posts will be posted on the site tomorrow morning 11pm GMT+7
